281 budtenders reviewed retrovision, and settled a packaging question
The retrovision 2g runs on THCv, a cannabinoid most shoppers have never heard of. Instead of guessing how to talk about it, turn asked the people who sell it every day.

Find out whether to lead with THCv
THCv is what makes the retrovision 2g feel different. It is associated with energy, focus, and clarity rather than the heaviness shoppers expect from a vape. It is also unfamiliar, which makes it a risk to put on the front of a box.
turn wanted a real read before committing. Budtenders sit closest to the customer, they hear the questions and the objections, and many had already tried the product themselves. So turn built a Course that asked instead of taught.
A 16-question feedback Course, rewarded with a limited edition tee
The Course walked budtenders through what they knew about THCv, how the product actually felt, when and why they used it, whether they would buy it again, and which message landed. It went out to budtenders across 34 California retailers. Everyone who finished earned a limited edition retrovision tee.

83% of budtenders said they would be more likely to buy retrovision if THCv were called out on the packaging. Only 4% said it would not matter to them. A design debate became a settled question, backed by 281 people who sell the category daily.
Real product intelligence, not just completions
turn ran a Course and came away with a packaging answer, a messaging direction, and 281 budtenders who already recommend the product.
